1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and q7789 ("the Platform", "we", "us") in connection with your use of the q7789 website, mobile application and any associated services. By completing registration, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply alongside any additional terms published for specific promotions, tournaments or product sections of the platform. Where a conflict exists, the more specific terms take precedence for that product or offer. q7789 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To use q7789, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are aged 18 years or above.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on q7789 or any related platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close associate of q7789 or its technology and content providers, unless otherwise approved in writing.

q7789 may request proof of age at any point. Where a player cannot provide satisfactory documentation, the account will be suspended pending verification and real-money play will be restricted until the matter is resolved. Any winnings generated while age verification is outstanding may be held until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold a maximum of one active q7789 account. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery process rather than registering a new account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of how they are created — are subject to closure and any balance or winnings may be voided.

You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during registration and for keeping your details up to date. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth or contact details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

Your username and password are personal to you. You must not share them with anyone. q7789 support staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances — any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to us immediately. You are responsible for all activity on your account, including activity that occurs due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact q7789 support immediately. We will assist with securing the account and will review any disputed transactions that occurred during the affected period.

4 Deposits

Deposits to your q7789 account must be made using one of the supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer or debit/credit card. All deposits are denominated and processed in PKR. q7789 does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties — you may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly after confirmation by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically process within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the issuing institution.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed on the deposit screen before you confirm.
• q7789 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.
• Deposited funds that have not been used in gaming activity over an extended period may be subject to inactivity treatment as described in the account terms.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time subject to the conditions below. Withdrawal requests are processed daily. Funds are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible — this is standard practice to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.

• Identity verification must be complete before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is available — see Section 6.
• q7789 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain amounts or where account activity appears inconsistent.
• Withdrawal requests that are approved are processed within the stated timeframe. Funds typically reach JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets faster than bank transfer.
• Attempting to withdraw funds using a method or account not belonging to you will result in the request being declined and the account reviewed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

q7789 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each offer has specific terms attached — including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds (where applicable to sports bets) and expiry periods. These terms are stated at the point of the offer and must be read before accepting.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated in a specific offer:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be transferred to withdrawable balance.
• Stakes placed on excluded games or bet types during a bonus period do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without replacement.
• Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including using multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent restrictions, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• q7789 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw a promotional offer at any time, including after it has been accepted, if there is evidence of abuse or error in the offer terms.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets placed on q7789 are subject to the following general rules in addition to sport-specific rules applicable to cricket, football and other covered events:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked unless the bet type specifically provides for settlement at starting price.
• For in-play (live) betting, odds can change rapidly. A bet is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation message. If your stake is not accepted before the odds change, the bet will not be placed.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed or void, bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and competition as published on the platform.
• PSL matches follow the official DLS method for rain-affected results. Bets on affected markets will be settled once the official result is declared by the governing body.
• q7789 reserves the right to void any bet placed following a technical error that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. A single void selection typically results in that leg being removed and the accumulator continuing with the remaining selections at adjusted combined odds.

8 Casino Games

All casino games available in the q7789 game lobby — including slots, live casino, crash games and table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcomes of all games are independently random and are not influenced by previous results, bet size or any action by q7789.

Published Return to Player (RTP) figures for individual games are provided by the software developer and reflect statistical averages across millions of rounds. Individual session results will vary significantly from published RTP values — these figures are not guarantees of individual player returns.

• Malfunction of a game voids all affected plays and associated stakes are returned to the player's balance.
• q7789 is not responsible for interruptions to live casino streams caused by network conditions beyond our control. Bets placed on a live table that experiences a stream disruption will be settled based on the recorded outcome.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, use external tools to influence game outcomes, or interfere with the RNG in any way is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

9 Responsible Gaming

q7789 is committed to providing tools that support responsible use of the platform. These include session history review, deposit limit settings and the ability to request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting support.

If you believe your gaming activity has become problematic — for example if you are spending more than you planned, playing to recover losses, or finding it difficult to stop — we encourage you to use these tools or take a break. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the account is restricted from real-money play for the requested period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the agreed period has elapsed. q7789 does not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on q7789 and may result in account suspension, closure, voiding of winnings and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading identity, age or payment information.
• Using automated bots, scripts or other software tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches or discrepancies in odds, game mechanics or software.
• Colluding with other players to influence game or match outcomes.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, fraud or any criminal activity.
• Any action designed to circumvent platform security, including the use of VPNs to misrepresent location or identity.

11 Account Closure

You may request to close your q7789 account at any time by contacting support. If there are no outstanding withdrawals or pending bets, your remaining balance will be returned to your nominated payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

q7789 may close or suspend an account without advance notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to the platform or its players. In such cases, funds may be withheld pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account and funds will be reinstated.

12 Changes to These Terms

q7789 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
